The district town of the Rheingau-Taunus district with its 12,000 inhabitants is idyllically located in the middle of the Rhine Taunus Nature Park, right at the gates of the beautiful Rheingau wine-growing region. It is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities.
Bad Schwalbach has a long tradition as a mineral and mud spa. Even today, the healing moor is extracted from the spa's own moor pits, treated with fresh healing water and used for moor baths and packs. The healing water from the Bad Schwalbach drinking fountains is characterised by its high mineral content (iron) and makes baths and drinking cures particularly valuable.
In addition, Bad Schwalbach has also been a Kneipp spa since 2014. In the beautiful spa park, Kneipp facilities such as a barefoot path, medicinal herb garden, arm immersion pool and a bee house can be discovered - they support the search for more balance and inner equilibrium.
